Refund Policy

You can cancel an order while it is still waiting for payment or confirmed. Once the kitchen has started preparing it, or it is out for delivery or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you paid and then cancel, the refund is not sent automatically. The bakery reviews the cancellation first. After they accept it, the refund is credited to the original payment method.

If an incorrect product is delivered, the customer may contact us with the order details. After verification, the eligible refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to the original payment/bank account.
