These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Avyan Bakehouse website and the purchase of products offered through it. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration. Natural variation in handmade bakes is expected and does not constitute a defect.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we cannot fulfil delivery to your address.

Because we sell food and consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an incorrect product is delivered, see our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avyan Bakehouse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from product orders, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
